At Trucker Fit Mobility, we appreciate your support and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Digital Products (Exercise Guides & Programs)

All digital products, including Exercise Guides, Mobility Programs, and downloadable content, are final sale.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and are available immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital product under any circumstances.

Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

Physical Products

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 3 days of the package being marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label with instructions for returning your item.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be issued to your original payment method if the item meets our return requirements.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your request and work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or another appropriate solution.
